Pro Soccer Chaplaincy

Pro Soccer Chaplains Accosiation

CenterCircle plays an integral part in the Pro Soccer Chaplains Association, a united collective that cares for, equips, and mobilizes trusted chaplains who care for the person behind the performance. Working alongside clubs, leagues, and federations, PSCA chaplains offer confidential, voluntary, whole-person care to all people regardless of their background or spiritual tradition.

  • Purpose

To be a united collective committed to caring for, empowering, and mobilizing pro soccer chaplains.

  • Mission

To cultivate a unified body of chaplains by caring for them holistically, equipping them spiritually and practically, and mobilizing them to serve with gospel-centered impact.

  • Vision

A future where every pro soccer community is served by a connected, Christ- centered chaplain committed to the flourishing of all in their care.

US Soccer Federation Chaplaincy

CenterCircle partners with U.S. Soccer to build, equip, and support a growing network of chaplains serving the Federation’s national teams. Our vision is to ensure that players, coaches, and staff across all 27 national teams have access to consistent, trusted spiritual care and personal support as they pursue excellence on and off the field.

  • Federation-Wide Leadership & Development

We provide leadership, direction, and coordination for the chaplaincy program, working alongside U.S. Soccer representatives to strengthen how the Federation cares for its players and staff. CenterCircle recruits, trains, equips, and connects chaplains to serve teams across the Federation, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence in care. Our growing network currently serves seven of the Federation’s 27 national teams, and we are actively working to expand chaplaincy to the remaining teams.

  • National Team Chaplaincy

Our chaplains serve national teams during training camps and competitions, building relationships with players, coaches, and staff through Bible studies, worship, prayer, pregame chapels, and individual conversations. For many players competing professionally around the world, national team camps provide a rare opportunity to connect with a chaplain and grow in their faith within a team community. We also invest in ongoing relationships with players and their families beyond camp, offering mentorship, encouragement, and spiritual support as they navigate the demands of their careers and lives.

Club Chaplaincy

CenterCircle partners with professional soccer clubs to provide holistic care for players, coaches, and staff at every level of the organization. Through embedded chaplains, we create consistent opportunities for spiritual growth, personal development, and meaningful relationships—serving people in the highs and lows of competition and everyday life.

  • First Teams

Our chaplains attend training sessions, lead regular Bible studies, facilitate pregame chapels for home and visiting teams, and meet individually with players, coaches, and staff. We help those interested in exploring or growing in Christian faith take their next steps, while providing care and resources for everyone to flourish, develop resilience, and live with joy and gratitude.

  • Second Teams & Academies

We equip and support chaplains serving second teams and youth academies, creating opportunities for Bible study, discipleship, mentoring, and personal care. We also partner with club-affiliated schools and development programs to support the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of young players.

  • Front Offices & Club Staff

Our chaplains care for the people behind the scenes, helping front-office staff to discover meaning and purpose in their work and to consider how their values shape their leadership, relationships, families, and communities. Through regular gatherings and individual relationships, we encourage staff to flourish both professionally and personally.
