About Us

why We Exist

CenterCircle Collective exists to encourage and equip people to thrive in every area of life by connecting them to the presence, power, and purpose of Christ. Our chaplaincy in professional soccer communities creates safe, trusted spaces for people of all backgrounds and fosters whole-person care and growth. Our service beyond the pitch uplifts vulnerable populations through initiatives that promote healing, connection, and hope. Our vision is for people to be well-rooted in Christ, thrive in their cultural context, and have a fruitful impact in their sphere of influence—to the glory of God.

who we are

Andy Young

CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Andy is a graduate of Penn State University, has served with Cru Campus and Athletes in Action (AIA) ministries for 20 years, and was ordained as a ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA). During his time in campus ministry, he spearheaded the relaunching of what became a vibrant network of campus ministries in Philadelphia for 11 years, led a missions team in a large foreign city, and later gave vision and guidance to 80 staff and countless student leaders as a campus ministry multi-state director. With AIA, he has helped professional athletes and coaches find faith, hope, and joy for 10+ years.

As a chaplain, Andy brings a combination of theological depth, multicultural insight, knowledge of the professional sports industry, and genuine empathy to his work. His ministry provides a safe emotional and spiritual space in environments where pressure, scrutiny, and isolation often run high. He’s been a steady presence for elite athletes during key moments—games, crises, transitions, and personal challenges—helping them holistically flourish and live rooted with joy and purpose.
