For over 20 years, we have been helping people to be well-rooted in Christ, thrive in their cultural context, and have a fruitful impact in their sphere of influence—to the glory of God. We strive to create safe, trusted spaces for people of all backgrounds and foster whole-person care and growth in a variety of contexts:

Chaplaincy
We provide leadership in chaplaincy across professional soccer. While building a sustainable, expanding chaplaincy network to impact soccer communities across the country and the globe, we also offer spiritual care, mentoring, and support to players, staff, and families of the Philadelphia Union and U.S. Men’s National Team.

Community Care
We seek to be an extension of God’s powerful compassion for the vulnerable through radical hospitality and empowerment. Given our family’s experience as a Philadelphia foster family, expats in the Middle East, and with refugees both abroad and in the States, we have a lot of respect and compassion for the people living these stories.

Teaching & Training
CenterCircle equips professional sports teams, churches, universities, and other organizations through biblically grounded, practical training that integrates faith with performance, develops leaders, and fosters spiritual, emotional, and relational growth.
who we are
Andy Young
CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Andy is a Penn State graduate with over 20 years of ministry experience through Cru Campus and Athletes in Action, as well as ordination in the Presbyterian Church of America. He has led large-scale campus ministry initiatives, directed multi-state teams, and served as a chaplain helping professional athletes and coaches find faith, hope, and holistic well-being. Currently, he holds multiple leadership roles in U.S. soccer chaplaincy, including Director of Chaplaincy for the United States Soccer Federation and Head Chaplain for the U.S. Men’s National Team and the Philadelphia Union.
Crystal Young
CO-FOUNDER, COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATOR
Crystal, a Penn State University graduate, has served with Cru Campus and Athletes in Action for two decades, leading campus ministries in Philadelphia and coordinating international mission trips. She partners with her husband Andy in ministering to athletes’ families and supporting chaplains serving those living cross-culturally. Beyond ministry, she has worked as an art teacher, children’s ministry director, and refugee resettlement team leader, helping newcomers navigate education systems.

CenterCircle is a nonprofit organization. We maintain no central funds and staff members are responsible to raise the necessary finances to cover their salary, health insurance, and ministry expenses.
